Job description

Summary:

ADT is seeking a Communications Manager to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is a strategic business partner responsible for shaping and delivering internal communications that support the organization's business, product, and transformation priorities. 

This role serves as a trusted communications partner, helping drive employee understanding, engagement, and adoption of key initiatives, with a particular emphasis on product strategy, technology-enabled transformation, and change management. The ideal candidate brings both strategic insight and hands-on execution, with the ability to influence leaders while delivering high-quality communications across channels. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and execute internal communications strategies that support internal communications related to product strategy, innovation, product launches, and business growth initiatives 
  • Partner with senior leaders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging messaging that resonates with employees 
  • Support enterprise change initiatives, driving awareness, understanding, and behavior change across the organization 
  • Create and deliver a range of communications, including:  
  • Executive messaging and talking points 
  • Town halls and leader event content 
  • Newsletters and internal articles 
  • Toolkits and change communications materials 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on communication approach, messaging, and timing 
  • Ensure consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across channels and audiences 
  • Measure and evaluate communication effectiveness, using insights to continuously improve 

Required Qualifications 

  • 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications 
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics 
  • Proven ability to partner with and advise senior leaders 
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting product organizations or product-led businesses  
  • Knowledge of organizational change management frameworks 
  • Background in working within large, matrixed organizations 
  • Familiarity with employee engagement and communication measurement tools  

Location:  Our office follows 4 days onsite and 1-day remote schedule
