Your Role:

  • Be a Brand Storyteller Extraordinaire: Strategically develop and execute an integrated PR and social communications program that elevates our brand identity, safeguards our corporate reputation, and achieves critical organizational goals. This includes mastering the art of earned media, social media, thought leadership, marketing research, executive and subject matter expert (SME) profile-building, awards programs, and corporate messaging development.
  • Cultivate a Culture of Excellence: Foster a high-performance, continuously improving environment by collaborating seamlessly with senior executives, the growth and marketing teams, and our external agency partners. You'll champion a commitment to quality in all communications deliverables, driving a culture of learning and impactful results.
  • Champion Thought Leadership & Storytelling: Influence demand opportunities by crafting compelling narratives that highlight our innovative technology and customer success stories. You'll ensure consistent and impactful messaging reverberates across all external communications, truly bringing our vision to life.
  • Lead with Impact: Take the reins in managing our external communications agency, overseeing day-to-day activities, meticulously managing the budget, meticulously planning projects, and diligently monitoring performance to ensure maximum impact and ROI.
  • Create and drive the execution of an integrated communication program to increase brand awareness, drive communications that help ModMed stand apart and safeguard corporate reputation.
  • Champion compelling narratives and thought leadership, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all external communications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including media, senior leadership, and external agency partners, fostering a culture of excellence in communication delivery.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Communications or similar
  • 10-15 years of experience - Marketing or related
  • 5+ years B2B experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience at a communications agency
  • Strong program management experience
  • Independent, self-starter
  • Creative and proactive
  • Basic graphic design and/or video editing skills preferred
  • Both in-house and agency experience preferred
