Job description

Location:

1675 Broadway, Denver Colorado

Critical Job Functions
Manage a cross section of accounts within the Portfolio as the internal and external voice for the client with the team objective to free up RM resources to drive revenue growth and new names to KEY.
To implement and manage the CA duties on a variety of complex relationships within the region with the RM continuing to be the quarterback and face of the relationship both internally and externally.
Work closely with the Credit Campus to complete quarterly/annual reviews and renewals on assigned book of business to determine appropriate risk rating , covenant compliance and all related items.
Collection of all Financial Statements and required documents as required in the loan agreement.
Work closely with the Documentation Specialist to ensure document accuracy and coordinate items necessary for all closings.
Work to establish strong relationships with assigned customers to be considered the primary point of contact for those relationships assigned directly to the Portfolio Manager.
Complete all required compliance items for assigned borrowers
Prepares and presents all Watch List/AQR Reports for assigned book
Acts as the internal advocate for assigned book of business internally to ensure borrower's needs are met and Bank requirements are maintained as defined in the loan agreement.
Primarily responsibility for all internal communication of the borrower's performance, trend analysis and risk identification.
Development of less experienced Commercial Analysist within the region to ensure workloads are distributed appropriately while managing the portfolio Risk as our CA bench expands their individual knowledge base.
Work to improve profitability within the assigned book.
Areas of Focus
Focus on deepening policy knowledge and underwriting guidelines
Establish strong internal relationships with internal partners to help service borrowers needs while developing extensive product knowledge to make recommendations within the existing book as opportunities present themselves
Develop customer knowledge to improve internal reporting
Proactive financial statement analysis and risk management
Begin to develop external COI network
Develop product partner awareness and relationships meant to deliver full scope of KEY capabilities.
Goal / Performance Measures
Incentive based on the overall performance of the Commercial Banking Team; credit quality evaluation, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction
Portfolio retention, profitability and stability of assigned book of business
Development of CAs under PM's leadership

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
