Senior Commercial Credit Analyst

CFS is partnered with a local organization seeking their next Credit Analyst to join their team.

RESPONSIBILIIES OF THE SENIOR COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST:

  • Analyze new loans for the organization ranging in size up to $30M +
  • Gather and analyze loan documentation
  • Oversee documentation, monitor and review member files and loan performance.
  • Analyze statements such as tax returns, income statements, balance sheets, rent rolls, leases, appraisals, personal financial statements and credit reports to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money
  • Complete risk ratings and file review of commercial credits when necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE SENIOR COMMERCIAL CREDIT ANALYST:

  • Bachelors degree; Finance, Accounting, Business; or related field
  • Associate degree is welcomed
  • 3+ Years of financial analysis or financial services/credit experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships by using appropriate communication skills.

Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
