Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI and Agentic Senior Collaboration Engineer to lead the architecture, development, and governance of enterprise AI collaboration solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in conversational AI, Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies, enterprise governance, and scalable AI-driven automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Architect, build, and govern enterprise-grade AI and agentic solutions using Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Platform
  • Design and deploy secure, scalable, and compliant AI agent solutions integrated with Microsoft 365 and enterprise business applications
  • Lead technical initiatives and establish engineering standards, best practices, and governance frameworks for:
    • Conversational AI
    • Prompt Engineering
    • Multi-turn agent orchestration
    • Solution lifecycle management (ALM)
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation and AI enablement opportunities
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership across collaboration and AI initiatives
  • Establish telemetry, analytics, monitoring, QA, and continuous improvement processes to drive adoption and operational excellence
  • Ensure reliability, security, governance, and measurable business outcomes for AI-powered collaboration platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 9+ years of overall experience in Information Technology with strong focus on:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Power Platform
    • AI and Agentic solutions
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience leading engineering or support teams within Microsoft collaboration environments
  • Advanced expertise in:
    • Conversational AI
    • Prompt Engineering
    • Secure solution architecture
    • Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
  • Strong experience with:
    • Copilot Studio
    • Power Automate
    • Power Apps
    • Dataverse
    • Microsoft Graph
    • Azure AD / Entra ID
  • Experience implementing governance frameworks including:
    • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)

    • Security and compliance controls
  • Strong understanding of enterprise AI governance and responsible AI practices

  • Experience architecting and deploying complex conversational agents and multi-step copilots in enterprise environments
  • Hands-on experience building custom connectors and integrations within Microsoft ecosystems
  • Prior experience driving AI and Power Platform adoption strategies in regulated industries
  • Experience managing analytics, telemetry, monitoring, and operational reliability for AI-powered collaboration platforms
  • Familiarity with automation technologies such as:
