In the assigned Job Role of Infrastructure Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:
• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews
• Support technical teams in managing production support operations, focusing on incident resolution, deployment efficiency, and smooth change implementation
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations
Your contribution to the team:
• Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery
• An ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication
• Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities
• Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions
• Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities
Required Skill and Experience
• Knowledge of enterprise Unified Communications engineering experience.
• Experience with Cisco CUCM, Unity Connection, SIP trunking, and Oracle SBC.
• Advanced understanding of VoIP fundamentals (RTP, SRTP, codecs, QoS).
• SIP ladder analysis and call flow troubleshooting capability.
• Experience managing TLS/SRTP encryption and certificate lifecycle.
Preferred Skill and Experience
• CCIE Collaboration is not required but is a plus
Below skills are not required but nice to have:
• Experience with Cisco Expressway, Webex Calling, or hybrid calling models
• Experience with Microsoft Teams Direct Routing
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform integrations
• Experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools
• Participation in architecture review boards or design governance committees
Additional Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
