  • Partner with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, Spa, and other departments on operational needs and improvements.
  • Communicate project updates, timelines, and barriers to leadership as needed.
  • Support resort initiatives and assist team members during periods of high operational demand.

Safety & Standards

  • Follow all safety guidelines, company procedures, and resort standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment for guests, associates, and team members.
  • Properly operate tools, equipment, machinery, and vehicles in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and operational risks promptly.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong initiative and ability to anticipate operational needs.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Resort Enhancement & Special Initiatives

  • Support the execution of resort enhancement initiatives designed to elevate the guest and associate experience.

  • Support event-related setup projects and operational modifications for resort activations, special events, and property initiatives.
  • Assist with implementation of sustainability efforts, environmental initiatives, and operational improvement projects as assigned.
  • Coordinate and complete projects related to new programs, amenities, and guest experience enhancements.
  • Help maintain consistency in the appearance, functionality, and presentation of guest-facing and back-of-house spaces across the resort.
