Job Description SummarySenior Clinical Quality Analyst serves as the primary subject-matter resource for a defined area of clinical quality measurement or improvement. The job directs complex cross-functional initiatives, establishes quality methodologies, interprets ambiguous requirements, and advises senior leaders on performance risks, improvement priorities, and clinical quality practices.How will you make an impact & RequirementsDirect complex clinical quality initiatives involving multiple care settings, programs, and stakeholder groups.Establish methodologies, governance processes, and technical standards for assigned quality measures or programs.Interpret new or ambiguous accreditation, regulatory, payer, and value-based care requirements.Advise senior leadership on quality performance trends, emerging risks, improvement priorities, and resource needs.Design interventions for persistent or systemic quality gaps and define methods for measuring effectiveness.Resolve escalated quality measurement, methodology, documentation, and reporting issues across the function.Provide expert guidance to quality professionals and clinical partners on advanced improvement and measurement practices.Compensation Range:$85,159.00to$127,738.00The anticipated base salary range represents the Company's good-faith estimate of the compensation it reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting.
