About this role:

The Business Relationship Manager functions as a critical partner for one or more teams, creating and leading strategies to increase branch deposits, market share, and profitability. 


In this role you will
  • Support the Bank's "People First" focus and rules of engagement-maintaining a professional demeanor, working as an active member of the CNOB team, providing all clients excellent service, always striving to make CNOB "A Better Place to Be".
  • Maintain and deepen existing commercial client relationships, and generates and develops new business relationships through networking, building relationships with referral sources, and prospecting.
  • Maintain a strong presence with the local community through active involvement and leadership roles in various professional organizations and events.
  • Handle Client service issues; conduct research, taking ownership and following up on a daily basis as necessary until conclusion.
  • Manage cross-company partnerships and alliances designed to acquire and drive business opportunities.
  • Ensure all activities, transactions, and records are in compliance with operational, security, and control procedures of the Bank, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Prepare appropriate, weekly, monthly, and annual reports and plans, and communicates this information to the appropriate departments in the Bank.
Must haves
  • Strong "People First" interest and ability.
  • Knowledge of relevant Federal and State banking regulations. 
  • Proven track record driving sales and achieving goals. 
  • Strong leadership skills and coaching abilities.
  • Conflict resolution experience.
  • Exceptional networking and relationship building skills.
  • Five years business banking experience.
