About The Company:
Our client is a leading healthcare organization seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer to support its Surgical Sciences team. This position will work closely with clinical and business stakeholders to provide reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with strong hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and working with healthcare data. This individual will support reporting and analytics initiatives by working with Epic Clarity data, Databricks, and other data sources to create meaningful reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of BI development, data engineering, and healthcare analytics experience, with particular emphasis on strong Tableau development skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards for clinical and surgical reporting.
  • Work with Epic Clarity data to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Develop and maintain data processes supporting business intelligence and reporting solutions.
  • Work with Databricks and other data sources to prepare and manage data for analytics.
  • Create executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting to communicate key business insights.
  • Support financial and clinical reporting initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain appropriate documentation for BI development and modifications.
  • Help ensure data integrity and security across reporting solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance related to BI tools, data design, ETL processes, data marts, and data warehouses.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Tableau dashboard development.
  • Experience with Epic Clarity reporting.
  • Experience working with Epic and Databricks data.
  • Background in clinical reporting, healthcare analytics, or healthcare data.
  • Experience developing executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and financial reporting.
  • Strong understanding of BI development, data modeling, ETL processes, data marts, and data warehousing.
  • Databricks and Python experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with SQL and ETL development preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau Prep is a plus.
