Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and fine-tune BI solutions, including coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
  • Build and manage Power BI dashboards and reports to deliver actionable insights.
  • Work with SQL/SnowSQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
  • Develop and manage OLAP solutions and multidimensional data models.
  • Simplify complex technical information into business-friendly reports and presentations.
  • Research and plan solutions for existing business challenges using data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver BI solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Provide guidance and leadership within the IT/BI team where required.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a BI Developer or in a related role.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI development (data modeling, DAX, Power Query).
  • Proficiency in SQL/SnowSQL for data manipulation and integration.
  • Advanced skills in Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of relational and multidimensional databases.
