Job Description Sr. Business Development Executive - Hospitality Indiana/Ohio/NC/Florida Central or Eastern US/ Close to major airport (travel 40% of time) Position Overview: An integral component of the Business Development Team, the Sr. Business Development Executive is responsible for representing our company in a business development and sales capacity, in a region and/or business segment.

Lead development is the essence of this role. This is accomplished by Identifying leads and project opportunities and engaging with the client and our Business Development team members to turn leads into proposal opportunities. Core Competencies: SelfStarter.

Reaches out to team members and cooperates with team members to establish overall collaborative working relationships throughout Company. Intelligence. Possess top level business management, interpersonal, project facilitation skills.

Responsibilities (subject to change, modification as needed) are as follows, but not limited to: Create a targeted lead development plan, coordinated with marketing and the overall Company's strategic plan. Plan must focus on markets with established contacts and prior experience. Project targets need to meet minimum threshold or be of a portfolio nature (i.e

- do not chase $5,000 projects). Key leader in growing, developing, and maintaining a network of clients and new business. Marketing of companywide services to past, current, and potential network of clients.

Build solid and secure business partnerships with key organizations and teams. Development of longterm customer relationships through the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately support an understanding of customer needs. Confer with the marketing team to contribute content to programs, specials, materials, etc.

Available daily for travel throughout the regional area as needed to facilitate execution of job duties as needed for site visits, client meetings, conference, trade shows, and team interaction.
