What Youโ€™ll Do:

Youโ€™ll guide architectural design and documentation from concept through construction, contributing to technically complex, high-performance environments.

  • Conduct code and standards research to assess design options and ensure compliance
  • Maintain communication with regulatory and review agencies; may participate in project interviews or presentations
  • Manage project documentation including meeting notes, agency reviews, and cost estimates
  • Develop project program requirements and oversee construction budgets and schedules
  • Lead the production of construction drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate design and documentation activities across project teams, clients, and consultants
  • Ensure quality control standards are met; may conduct QC and peer reviews
