Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC ("GCRH") is a high-growth management and operating company headquartered in Clearwater, Florida. The company is the operating arm of Green Courte Partners, LLC ("Green Courte"), a Chicago-based private equity real estate investment firm focused on building industry-leading companies within niche real estate sectors. GCRH runs the day-to-day operations of Green Courte's residential and industrial outdoor storage platforms nationwide, which include active adult/independent living senior housing communities (through the firm's senior living platform, True Connection Communities), land-lease manufactured home communities (through the firm's land-lease platform, Windward Communities), and a growing portfolio of industrial outdoor storage ("IOS") assets focused primarily on truck storage facilities. The company pairs the scale and resources of an institutional platform with a disciplined, hands-on approach to property operations, asset management, and resident experience.


SUMMARY

As a key member of the Applications Team, the Applications Analyst drives operational efficiency in a high-energy, fast-paced environment by owning the functional and technical health of the company’s core business applications, including customer relationship management, property management, and financial planning. In this role, the Applications Analyst will work closely with the company’s IT, operations, finance, and analytics teams to ensure business applications deliver high operating performance and that business data is cleanly collected and integrated between systems. The role reports to the Applications Manager and directly impacts the operating efficiency and profitability of all real estate investments.

BUSINESS SKILLS

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary technical point of contact for department heads and vendors. You translate "business speak" into technical specifications for developers.
  • Project Leadership: Oversee large-scale system implementations using modern SDLC frameworks. You steer projects through ambiguity, on time and within budget.
  • Strategic Thinking: Have a deep understanding of how each application fits into the entire company ecosystem and how this relates to value.
  • Financial Literacy: Understanding of cost-benefit analyses and how architectural decisions impact the bottom line.
  • Customer Partnership: Close collaboration with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex issues. You show empathy toward your end users and give them intuitive solutions that abstract away complexity.
  • Communication: Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences. Proficiency in training and supporting end-users and creating technical/training manuals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • System Design & Optimization: Analyze, design, and improve enterprise systems. You don't just fix bugs; you look for the workflow changes that prevent them.

EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's degree in management information systems, information technology, business analytics, or another STEM-related field.
  • Relevant work experience in one or more of the following: management or technology consulting, solutions engineering, technical project management, or real estate/property management operations.
  • Ability to focus on a problem at hand while considering the overarching company strategy
  • A systems thinking mindset: openness to all solutions, an understanding of how changes in one platform ripple across others, and the ability to build conviction in a solution based on evidence.
  • Comfortability working in ambiguous problem spaces
  • Property Management Systems (PMS): Strong working knowledge of Yardi or Rent Manager is ideal. Experience with Entrata, AppFolio, RealPage or other related tools is a plus.
  • Experience with modern project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)


PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of database management and SQL
  • Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools
  • Prior experience with CRMs like Salesforce
  • Prior experience with financial planning software like Vena
