The Role
The Senior Analytics Specialist will lead complex analytics initiatives while mentoring junior team members. This role requires advanced expertise in translating sophisticated business challenges into data solutions, conducting scenario modelling, and driving strategic insights that support organizational performance improvements. The Senior Analytics Specialist will work autonomously on high-impact projects while collaborating with technical Developers and account teams to deliver exceptional client value.
Day to Day
• Lead complex project discovery sessions, conducting advanced ROI assessments and stakeholder prioritisation.
• Develop sophisticated solution designs and technical specifications for multi-faceted business requirements.
• Oversee UAT processes for complex solutions, ensuring comprehensive testing and quality assurance.
• Design and execute launch strategies for high-impact solutions, including advanced training and change management.
• Generate proactive insights and conduct scenario development and modelling to support strategic decision-making.
• Apply expert-level knowledge of AzaraAI and analytics tools to deliver innovative solutions for complex business requirements.
• Overlay client insights, market data, and research to enrich analytics and support JLL solution cross-selling.
• Mentor and coach Analytics Specialists and contribute to team capability development.
• Partner with offshore technical delivery teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, data strategy, or analytics roles
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data warehousing technologies, and statistical analysis
• Expert knowledge of analytics tools including Tableau, Power BI, and experience with Azara platform
• Demonstrated ability to conduct scenario modelling and advanced analytics
• Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in complex, multinational environments
• Understanding of agile project management principles and UAT methodologies
• Proven track record of driving client value generation through analytics insights
• Experience in change management and solution adoption strategies
• Knowledge of commercial real estate sector data and analytics applications preferred

Estimated compensation for this position:
100,000.00 - 105,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
