What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead the analytics team across multiple customer groups, industry verticals and regions
  • Define the capability roadmap and organization structure for scale
  • Translate client objectives and business questions into analytic frameworks and drives roadmap alignment
  • Guide senior client relationships and analytics transformation projects, showcasing PMG value and driving growth
  • Align department goals to company strategy and vision
  • Manage Director-level leaders and ensure succession planning
  • Lead performance planning, calibration, and promotions
  • Identify and implements process, tooling, or training improvements
  • Represent analytics in senior executive forums, both internally at PMG and externally on the broader market
  • Shape thought leadership, IP, and external reputation
  • Use AI, automation, and technology to elevate the quality and efficiency of work, streamline processes, and enable faster, more informed decision-making

What You Will Bring
  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years of leadership experience, with a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Expertise in building and scaling analytics functions that align with business strategy, deliver measurable impact, and drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience guiding data architecture and modeling decisions that support performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Proficiency in Python or R to support statistical analysis, experimentation, and data automation across teams and platforms.
  • Deep experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to lead strategic reporting and executive-level storytelling.
  • Proven success in leading cross-functional partnerships, aligning on KPI frameworks, and embedding analytics into product, marketing, and operational workflows.
  • A strong record of mentoring analytics leaders, shaping team culture, and implementing governance and process improvements across complex organizations.
