Job overview:

Schneider is seeking a Senior Logistics Pricing & Solutions Analyst in Green Bay to lead the creation and implementation of new products, services and solutions for customers. The Senior Solutions Analyst will create initial drafts of customer proposals, price the opportunities, develop the project plans and prepare final written proposal documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with operations, sales, pricing, lead generation, finance and purchasing teams to develop and deploy solutions for customers.
  • Develop value propositions that enable continuous improvement.
  • Foster strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Assess customer needs and lead the design of solutions that are mutually beneficial to Schneider and the customer.
  • Coordinate annual rate reviews that align with current market conditions, actual account performance and budget expectations.
  • Find ways to improve the proposal process.

Skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain or related field.
  • 4-6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, including using pivot tables, charts, graphs and other functions.
  • Able to display outcomes and data in a format that is easy for customers to understand.
  • Able to analyze and understand profit and loss statements.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
