Job description

The Technical Systems Analyst collaborates with business users to recommend and develop automation solutions. This role will be expected to be a subject matter expert in robotic process automation, and the use of generative artificial intelligence (AI).

Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. This position is eligible to work at your home office (reliable internet is required), at our office in Brookfield or Menasha, or a combination of both in our hybrid workplace model.

Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design solutions that meet the requirements of business requests while upholding the standards and practices set forth within Network Health’s Information Systems department
  • Prepare and update business specifications, process flow diagrams ,and technical documentation
  • Accurately translate between highly technical specifications and non-technical requirements
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develops test cases to serve the overall quality assurance process
  • Provide end user support and training of robotic process automation
  • Keep current with technological advancements in robotic process automation and generative AI and advises on new technologies
  • Other duties or responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Requires BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field. Relevant experience may be substituted for formal degree work at a rate of 2 years’ experience for each year of formal degree work.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development, systems design, technical analyst, or similar discipline required, preferably in a healthcare or health insurance environment
  • Proficiency using UI Path and/or working in data warehousing practices, systems and technologies
  • Experience working on and leading teams leveraging lean, scrum, or object-oriented methodologies with version control, change management, and continuous improvement protocols
  • General understanding of Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CI/CD) techniques with the ability to support and implement new CI/CD pipelines using Microsoft DevOps
  • Familiarity with automated testing
  • Knowledge healthcare data structures such as HL7 FHIR (STU3, R4), CCD, HIPAA X12 (834, 835, 837)
