Job description

As the Director of High Purity (Semiconductor) Operations, you’ll lead end‑to‑end performance for Mott’s high‑purity and ultra‑high‑purity manufacturing operations that serve the semiconductor industry, owning operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and scalability.

  • ISO Class 5 Cleanroom Experience.
Total Rewards

Compensation range: $158,600.00 – $237,800.00, depending on experience. Position may be eligible for performance‑based bonus plan.
