Responsibilities:
Designs, specifies, implements, and maintains systems.
ย ย  ย Designs, codes, tests and Documents software programs for systems of moderate to high complexity as per the requirements specifications.
ย ย  ย Understands customer requirements, develops and evaluates alternative systems solutions.
ย ย  ย Translates high-level specifications for software components into program specifications.
ย ย  ย Involved with resolution of complex software development issues that may arise in a production environment.
ย ย  ย Participates in the investigation of system requirements and assists in preparation of systems specifications including revising manuals, design of forms and computer output, and documenting user procedures. Analyzes problems, conducts root cause analysis and help in resolution of problems using defined problem management procedure and help in application support and maintenance of customer applications.
ย ย  ย Medium level ownership and works independently.
ย ย  ย 6-8 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
ย ย  ย Consistently applies fundamental knowledge of one technical discipline / programming languages for design specifications.
ย ย  ย Applies in depth knowledge of coding, testing, and debugging simple applications.
ย ย  ย Substantive knowledge of coding, testing and debugging. Competent to work in some phases of applications programming and design.
ย ย  ย Knows and consistently applies the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of applications programming.
ย ย  ย Ability to write medium complexity code based on the design.
ย ย  ย Strong trouble shooting and problem solving skills to resolve defects and incidents.
ย ย  ย General understanding of how technology supports the business.
ย ย  ย Possesses broad knowledge of business domain.
ย ย  ย Undergraduate degree and 2-4 years relevant experience or Graduate degree and 0-2 years relevant experience
