Job description

WORLD WIDE PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS is a project solutions organization committed to implementing lean constructions, collaborative contracting, and execution approaches to enable breakthroughs in performance.

World Wide Professional Solutions (WWPS) is seeking experienced Tool Install Schedulers to support large scale semiconductor construction and tool install programs across multiple U.S. manufacturing sites in Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio.

These roles support a confidential advanced manufacturing client delivering complex cleanroom, facilities, and tool install projects within highly technical manufacturing environments. The Tool Install Schedulers will support integrated scheduling activities focused on aligning construction, facilities, utility readiness, and manufacturing equipment installation milestones across multiple project areas.

These positions require strong coordination, schedule integration, and data analysis capabilities within fast paced industrial construction and manufacturing environments. Paid relocation assistance is available for outstanding candidates.

Position Overview

The Tool Install Schedulers are responsible for supporting schedule integration activities between construction, facilities, and tool installation programs for semiconductor manufacturing projects. These roles help maintain alignment between base build construction schedules, facility readiness milestones, utility availability, and manufacturing equipment installation sequencing.

The Tool Install Schedulers work closely with project managers, construction teams, engineering groups, manufacturing stakeholders, vendors, and project controls teams to identify schedule conflicts, integration risks, sequencing gaps, and project impacts.

These individuals will support schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, workload planning, and schedule coordination efforts across highly complex cleanroom and advanced manufacturing construction programs.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze project schedule data from multiple construction, facilities, and tool installation sources to support integrated project scheduling activities.
  • Support alignment between base build construction schedules, facility readiness milestones, and tool install schedules.
  • Generate reports identifying schedule integration conflicts, sequencing concerns, readiness gaps, and project impacts.
  • Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve schedule conflicts and support executable installation sequencing plans.
  • Identify inconsistencies in project data, naming conventions, scope tracking, and schedule integration across multiple project teams and systems.
  • Support tracking of facility utility readiness requirements and installation dependencies tied to manufacturing equipment installation activities.
  • Provide schedule analysis and reporting support related to project changes, forecasting exercises, recovery scenarios, and what-if analysis activities.
  • Develop and maintain project indicators, workload tracking reports, manpower charts, vendor coordination reports, and schedule dashboards.
  • Support schedule integration efforts between construction activities, manufacturing equipment installation activities, and operational readiness milestones.
  • Participate in change management and project coordination meetings related to schedule impacts and execution planning.
  • Support batching strategies, phased turnover planning, and installation flow optimization activities.
  • Work closely with project managers, construction teams, engineering groups, manufacturing stakeholders, and vendors to maintain schedule visibility and project alignment.
  • Assist with schedule recovery planning, milestone tracking, and schedule forecasting activities.
  • Support QA/QC review activities to maintain schedule accuracy, consistency, and reporting quality.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting construction scheduling, project controls, integrated scheduling, or tool install coordination activities on large industrial or manufacturing projects.
  • Working knowledge of Primavera P6 scheduling software preferred.
  • Understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling principles and construction sequencing logic.
  • Experience supporting schedule reporting, schedule analysis, forecasting, and project coordination activities.
  • Ability to work across multiple project teams and stakeholders within fast paced construction and manufacturing environments.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience working with project reporting tools, dashboards, and schedule integration activities preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and project reporting systems.

Preferred Background

  • Semiconductor construction
  • Tool install or tool hook up projects
  • Cleanroom construction
  • Advanced manufacturing facilities
  • Mission critical or data center projects
  • Industrial or process facility construction
  • MEP or CSA construction environments
  • Integrated project controls programs

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Controls, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of scheduling, project controls, or project coordination experience supporting industrial or manufacturing construction programs preferred.
  • Experience supporting semiconductor construction and tool install projects is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with related experience supporting large industrial, advanced manufacturing, mission critical, or highly technical construction projects may also be considered.

Additional Information

  • These positions may support projects in Oregon, New Mexico, Arizona, and Ohio depending on business needs and project assignment.
