Job Description
As a Sr Product Management Specialist - Semiconductor here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in managing and advancing our semiconductor product portfolio. You will be responsible for driving product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of semiconductor solutions that meet market demands and business objectives.
You will report directly to our Product Management leadership and you'll work out of our Lincolnshire, IL location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the development and commercialization of cutting-edge semiconductor products, contributing to Honeywell's leadership in semiconductor technology and innovation.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for semiconductor products aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and manufacturing teams to define product requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch support.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and communication to support product initiatives and business growth.

The annual base salary range for this position is <$119k - $149k>. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. YOU MUST HAVE
  • Must have at least 5 years experience working in semiconductor product management or related technical roles.
  • Minimum of 3 years plus with product lifecycle management, and market dynamics.
  • Minimum of 3 years plus with market trends, customer requirements, and competitive products to drive product strategy.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver successful products.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor design tools and manufacturing processes is highly desirable.
WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, or related field.
  • PMP Certification is a plus if present.
  • 10+ years of experience in semiconductor product management or a similar technical leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a passion for innovation.
  • Experience in agile product development methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
