About Affinity
Affinity is pioneering new frontiers in AdTech by developing solutions that go beyond today's limitations and open up new monetization opportunities for publishers and advertisers alike. We're a global team of 450+ experts across the US, Europe, and Asia, building privacy-first advertising infrastructure that thrives outside the traditional walled gardens. We help publishers unlock greater value from their digital properties and enable advertisers to reach highly engaged users through new, innovative touch-points.
The Role
You'll manage publisher partnership efforts in the US market, focusing on acquisition and onboarding of high-value publishers. You'll work across a range of verticals like BNPLs, coupons, cashback/loyalty, AI search engines, browsers, mobile OEMs, telcos and more. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you'll work with publishers and represent Affinity as a thought leader in the market.
What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Publisher Success (AM) team closely to ensure growth of publishers onboarded.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with CPC/ CPA / revenue share agreements.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline in CRM; regularly forecast revenue and hit growth targets.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops & Marketing to drive growth: from launching new product features to developing content, and more.
  • Represent Affinity at industry events through speaking engagements, panels, and networking opportunities in key US markets.

Who You Are
  • A dealmaker with 3-5 years of experience in the affiliate industry publisher partnerships, preferably in the affiliate/search ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to close 6-7 figure deals and exceed revenue goals.
  • Experience working with US-based publishers or global companies with US operations.
  • Confident communicator with strong networking skills who can connect with peers across countries & publisher categories, present to C-level audiences and write compelling proposals.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong understanding of digital media, including integrations methods, pricing models, and performance metrics.
  • Comfortable using the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint, to model deals and performance.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce) and a data-informed approach to decision-making.

Perks & Benefits
  • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives
  • Health, dental & vision insurance
  • 401(k) plan with employer match
  • Hybrid work
  • Opportunities to attend global industry events and summits

Why Affinity?
