Job description

About the Role

We're a fast-growing AI talent platform startup based in San Francisco, connecting candidates directly with venture-backed startups through an intelligent, personalized matching experience. We're looking for a driven Growth & Marketing Intern / New-Grad to help build and own our growth engine.

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role where you'll treat every marketing channel as a scientific experiment โ€” designing repeatable, data-driven processes that generate real demand. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love moving fast, and want to make a measurable impact from day one, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Own growth programs end-to-end across outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events โ€” delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Apply a scientific mindset to every channel: formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests, track metrics, and iterate continuously.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize outbound cold email programs, including deliverability management (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google.
  • Create and distribute high-velocity content โ€” blogs, email newsletters, LinkedIn posts, social content, testimonials, case studies, and product stories โ€” with strong brand alignment.
  • Shape and execute an SEO strategy covering topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking.
  • Build and manage marketing partnerships; organize online and offline events to drive meaningful attendance and engagement.
What We're Looking For

Required:

  • Proven ability to own outcomes and drive measurable impact โ€” not just execute tasks.
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition channels (Meta, LinkedIn, Google) and the ability to plan, launch, and optimize campaigns.
  • Scientific approach to marketing: hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, metric tracking, and iteration.
  • Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience across multiple growth/marketing domains (outbound, paid acquisition, content/brand, SEO, partnerships, and events) with the ability to run programs end-to-end.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience organizing and driving attendance for online and offline events, and managing marketing partnerships.
  • SEO expertise: topic research, on-page optimization, and internal linking strategy.
  • Experience running and optimizing outbound cold email programs and managing deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warming, sender reputation).
  • Strong content creation skills across blogs, email, social, newsletters, testimonials, case studies, and product stories.
  • Background in recruitment, HR tech, or AI talent platforms is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Competitive compensation for an early-stage startup role (details discussed during the interview process).
  • High-ownership role with direct impact on company growth from day one.
  • Visa sponsorship available.
  • 0โ€“3 years of experience required โ€” recent graduates and interns are encouraged to apply.
Location
  • On-site in San Francisco, CA.
  • This is not a remote role.
