You will work closely with agencies, clients and internal stakeholders to develop insight-led, data-backed advertising solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

What You’ll Do:
  • Own and deliver revenue targets across Disney+ and ESPN streaming inventory.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying opportunities through to campaign delivery and post-analysis.
  • Respond to briefs with video-first, insight-led and data-backed solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Build and maintain senior relationships across media agencies, investment teams and clients.
  • Develop compelling commercial narratives using audience, platform, category and performance insights.
  • Negotiate and close high-value, long-term commercial agreements.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and identify risks and opportunities across assigned accounts.
  • Partner with Ad Ops, Product and Client Solutions to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Represent Disney Advertising with credibility in market-facing initiatives and client presentations.
  • Act as a mentor to Client Partners and support broader team, market and category growth initiatives.
About You:
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in advertising sales.
  • Proven experience selling premium video, BVOD or streaming inventory.
  • Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets in media sales.
  • Established relationships with Australian media agencies, particularly video buyers.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and sales discipline.
  • Advanced storytelling, presentation and client influencing capability.
  • Deep understanding of the Australian media and agency landscape.
  • Ability to manage a full sales pipeline end-to-end with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
