 Sales & Marketing Internship

A hands-on internship for college students interested in radio, digital advertising, and local media sales.

At Pamal Media, you will learn how radio brands and digital campaigns work together to help local businesses grow. This internship is designed to give you real-world experience with research, sales support, campaign prep, and professional communication while building resume value and industry exposure.

What you will gain:

• Experience with both radio and digital advertising

• Practice researching local businesses and market trends

• Exposure to proposals, presentations, and campaign prep

• Professional office communication and workflow experience

 

What you will do:

• Support the sales team with research on clients, businesses, and industries

• Help organize internal materials, presentations, and media programs

• Assist with meeting prep, proposals, and promotions

• Attend meetings or station events when your class schedule allows

 

Preferred qualifications

• Current college student or recent graduates interested in marketing, communications, business, media, or advertising

• Comfort with Outlook 365 and Microsoft Office

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a dependable, team-first attitude

• Phone Skills – Outgoing and willing to speak with business owners to discover potential clients
