What is a self paced job?

Self paced jobs are positions where employees can control the speed and timing of their work tasks, rather than following a fixed schedule or pace set by a supervisor. These jobs are often found in remote work, freelance, or project-based roles, allowing workers to complete assignments at their own convenience as long as deadlines are met. Self paced work can increase flexibility and autonomy, making it appealing for those who prefer to manage their own time. However, it also requires strong time management and self-motivation skills to ensure productivity.
