About the Job

  • The Allocation Analyst is responsible for running weekly replenishment for our own retail stores and managing the entire ordering process for all products.

  • Supports cluster planning teams to fully execute their product plans and achieve inventory and sales targets.

  • Responsible to monitor inventory at stores at the cluster level in alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies

  • Ensures inventory KPIs are met and takes actions in partnership with Planning team, manages inventory transfer process as needed

  • Acts as system expert and generalist to support the team with ad-hoc tasks and analysis

  • Works closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Supply Chain, Business Support and Logistics

About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent who brings along the following:

  • 4-year University degree

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a similar role

  • Experience with Retail (Fashion and Luxury brands)

  • Strong willingness to learn and understand Planning and Merchandising

  • Curiosity to dig into data and to understand cause and effect.

  • Strong proficiency in data analysis, spreadsheets (Excel) and attention to detail

  • Ability to develop insights and utilize financial measurements.

  • Aptitude to learn new technical applications and tools.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive and cohesive relationships with peers and cross-functional teams.
