Your Impact
As a Labels Production Supervisor at Iconex, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and delivering high-quality labeling and tracking solutions for our customers. You will lead a production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement in every step of the process. Your leadership will directly influence employee engagement, performance, and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Lead daily production operations by monitoring performance, setting priorities, and achieving safety, quality, and delivery goals
  • Assign work, organize workflow, and ensure your team has the training and tools needed to succeed
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and recognition to build a motivated, empowered, and high-performing team
  • Oversee hiring, onboarding, and development of production staff in both direct and indirect labor roles
  • Promote a safe, clean, and compliant work environment through 5S practices and adherence to company policies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-press activities, manage rush orders, and resolve work order conflicts
  • Drive process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles to maximize efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives

You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of supervisory or management experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of production processes, safety standards, and workforce management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Lean Manufacturing experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a passion for developing people
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while meeting cost, quality, and delivery targets
