We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Security Operations Manager Bilingual in English and Spanish to oversee and elevate our daily operations. Position Summary
The Security Operations Manager is responsible for directing and optimizing all aspects of the companyโ€™s security operations, including field team management, policy enforcement, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate is a proactive, strategic leader with proven experience in security operations, team leadership, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
  • Develop, implement, and enforce company-wide security policies, procedures, and standards.
