Nation Security is seeking a Security Operations Manager with strong leadership and excellent problem-solving skills along with good communication skills. The duties will consist of but not be limited to the development and implementation of the organization and overseeing the supervision of employees.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years experience in Management Field
  • Valid Driver License
  • At least 2 years experience in Security or Loss Prevention Field
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in excel, word, PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
  • Bilingual; English and Spanish preferred.
  • Valid Driver License
  • D and G Security license is a plus.
  • Flexible Schedule

Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to take a proactive role with clients
  • Familiarity with all variations of security officer positions
  • Develop and lead the staff of security officers
  • Understand and be able to apply orders for sites assigned
  • Completion of tasks as needed such as compliance, overtime control
  • Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
  • Demonstrate leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace and look at situations from several points of view
