Our driven team is hiring a part-time Building Security Monitor to help control the flow of people in and out of our Muskegon, MI building.We're offering competitive pay of $14.00 - $16.00/hour. Specific shifts can vary depending on business needs. You'll work part-time between the hours of 4:00 pm and 8:00 am, Tuesday through Friday (shifts typically last 6 hours), and anytime Saturday through Monday. There may be potential to work more hours if you'd like! Reviewing monitors, you'll keep an eye on the building and identify who is trying to enter. You'll buzz in residents and staff members as well as sign in any residents' guests, community members meeting with the Muskegon Housing Commission, and prospective future residents. When signing in non-residents, you'll check IDs to verify that banned visitors do not enter the building, calling the police if needed to remove trespassers.
