That's why we need you, a security management professional who knows how to craft and implement comprehensive security solutions for safeguarding the organization's assets, information, and people. As a Security Manager on our team, you'll hone your skills in managing and supporting security programs, security clearance, background investigation, personnel security records, and insider threat detection programs. You will oversee the organization's security programs, including risk assessments, access control, incident response, security personnel management, and compliance with regulations. You will help develop security policies , manage surveillance systems, coordinate emergency response, conduct onsite security assessments and work cross-functionally with leaders and staff, building on your skills and industry knowledge. You Have: * 3+ years of experience managing or supporting security programs in government, defense, intelligence or corporate environments
* Experience managing security clearance, background investigation, and personnel security records
* Experience safeguarding classified and controlled information
* Ability to develop and maintain security policies , procedures, and protocols to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance
* TS/SCI clearance
* Bachelor's degree in Homeland Security, Security Management, or Information Systems Nice If You Have: * Experience with HQ USAF, Joint Staff, STRATCOM, or AFG SC
