Your Responsibilities as an Account Manager
  • Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
  • Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
  • Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
  • Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
  • Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
  • Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
  • Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
  • Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
  • Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
  • Keep Client Summary Forms (CSF) and Account Summary Forms (ASF) current.
  • Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
  • Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
  • Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • At least 5 years of experience in security operations leadership, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities. Military and Law enforcement experience is a plus.
  • Valid Drivers license
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to provide leadership support during critical incidents or significant operational needs.
