Job description

A P&G Business Analyst will be responsible for:
  • Demonstrates customer interface/relationship skills and performs well in the Senior Business Analyst role with teams.
  • Has the ability to provide direction to peer/junior resources.
  • Defines high-level application, relationships, flows, implementation of business (processes, activities, functions, information), applications, and createsbusiness and system use cases or functional specifications.
  • Analyses complex and new situations, anticipates potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts and risks while developing and implementing plans and solutions to customer problems.
  • Independently creates business requirement documents (BRD) that sets out project requirement including costs, objectives, milestones, and timelines
  • Focuses skills and experience on projects and oversees acceptance testing, contributes to development of user guides, provides user training,supports the user in development of work processes.
  • Collaborates with scrum master to track progress of sprints (Sprint log, % difference between user stories planned and deployed).
  • Participates in resolving any functional issue in post-production environment during the cutover periodWorks under limited supervision of Sr. / Lead business analysts.
  • Should have prior experience of working with clients of Retail, CPG, and Logistics industry
  • Should be aware of basic information security awareness protocols, software security in the SDLC lifecycle, and OWASP Top 10 concepts.
