Personnel Security Administrator Senior – TS/SCI w/ FSP The Senior Security Administrator serves as a high-level subject matter expert across diverse security functional areas, including polygraph, adjudication, and investigations. This role emphasizes process improvement, complex analysis, and high-level customer service, often acting as a bridge between technical security tasks and leadership requirements. Clearance: TS/SCI w Full Scope Polygraph Location: Herndon, VA Responsibilities: * Maintain production standards (8 cases/day; 60 linear feet/month) while supporting future research initiatives and electronic file process improvements.
* Conduct analysis of available information and provide comprehensive findings and summaries to leadership.
* Author SOPs for key processes and office activities; prepare high-level briefings, memoranda, and correspondence.
* Serve as a role model in anticipating customer needs; respond to inquiries regarding pending case statuses and complex clearance certifications.
* Maintain senior-level knowledge across multiple disciplines (Polygraph, Adjudication, Physical/Technical Security).
* Perform ad-hoc security briefings and recommend process improvement activities to increase office efficiency.
Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor’s Degree + 5 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED + 7 years of relevant experience.
