Join a team that plays a critical role in powering global commerce. As an International Banking Operations Associate, you'll support the daily processing of Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) transactions, ensuring payments move accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with banking standards.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fastpaced, highly detailed environment, is comfortable managing multiple priorities, and is excited to grow within international banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process GTSS products including Import/Export Letters of Credit, Documentary Collections, Banker's Acceptances, and Standby Letters of Credit

  • Support FX transactions such as international payments, settlements, and investigations

  • Review, execute, and reconcile transactions and related documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Coordinate with internal partners to facilitate trade transactions, payments, settlements, and disbursements

  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements

  • Maintain documentation and system records to support paperless, highvolume processing

Basic Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Prior banking, payments, or financial operations experience

  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a highvolume environment

  • Comfortable working across multiple systems/screens throughout the day

  • Trade finance or letters of credit experience preferred

Location Expectations

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $24.18 - $32.21
