Summary/Objective:
The Operations Associate supports the daily operations of the outlet store, retail store and warehouse by ensuring merchandised is received, organized, transferred, and available to support business needs. This role is responsible for executing their assigned tasks for daily operations in the warehouse including picking, receiving, processing, prepping, storing, and transporting product between the warehouse and retail locations.  maintaining order and de-escalating situations with customers, assisting with inventory movement, store replenishment, warehouse organization, local deliveries, and general operational support.
Essential Functions
  • Works independently to safely receive, pick, pack, unpack, and ship products based on company standards
  • Support daily operations of outlet and retail store locations.
  • Perform all tasks with proper attention to safety procedures and conventions (e.g. use proper lifting techniques, maintain a safety zone around equipment, etc.)
  • Assists with receiving, sorting, packing, organizing, and transferring merchandise.
  • Maintain organized stockrooms and warehouse areas including replenishment of merchandise and support inventory needs.
  • Perform local deliveries between warehouses, outlet, and retail store locations (approximately 20% travel).
  • Load, unload, and safely transport merchandise and supplies.
  • Perform inventory checks and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Monitor warehouse and stock areas for organization, safety, and security.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned.
  • Control the entrance and departure of visitors at retail locations.
  • Monitor activities on the company’s premises to ensure environment is safe and secure.

  • Professional appearance is always required. Drivers must wear company shirts along with khaki shorts or pants (no jeans, athletic shorts, or casual wear). Closed-toe shoes are mandatory.

Work Environment

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail, warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations preferred.
  • Experience handling merchandise, inventory, stockroom operations, or store support is a plus.
  • Ability to learn company systems, operational processes, and required safety training.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Location and Expected Hours of Work:
  • Based in Fairfield, CA.
  • Scheduled to work Monday thru Friday
  • Full-time position requiring approximately 40 hours per week.
  • Schedule may vary based on business needs, store operations, deliveries, and special projects.
  • Requires local travel between the warehouse, outlet store, and retail store locations as needed.
