SUMMARY:

This position reports to the Director of B/D Operations and is responsible for various RIA operational procedures and processes across the firm. Recent college graduates interested in the financial services industry or those with 1-2 years of industry experience are encouraged to apply.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·      Provide new advisor onboarding and repapering support

·      Will be subject matter expert for all LPL Financial forms and account processes

·      Communicating operational requirements to advisor teams

·      Touchpoint for incoming advisor inquiries and issues, ensuring resolution or referring to the correct functional area

·      Tracks issues and maintains logs

·      Advisor facing training on operational processes and procedures

·      Supports reporting and data gathering on the LPL Clientworks platform


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

·      Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

·      Expertise in the LPL Clientworks system as well as new account opening is highly desired

·      Risk assessment, problem-solving and decision-making skills

·      Self-driven and able to work well independently in deadline-oriented environment

·      Excellent Written and verbal communication skills

·      Proficient in MS Office products

·      Master level knowledge of MS Excel preferred

·      Up to 25% travel to advisor offices required

Salary range $80,000 - 110000
