Location: Cherry, South Ridge, Northeast Range, North Woods, or Tower
Wage: $19.29/hr

Position Description:ย 
The St. Louis County School Districtย is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Secretarial Substitutes to support the efficient operation of our school offices. This role is pivotal in maintaining daily administrative functions in the absence of regular staff. The position encompasses responsibilities at two levels, Site II and Site III, each with its own set of duties and requirements.
Responsibilites:
Site II:
  • Perform receptionist work
  • Handle and route records and responses to and from the school
  • Assist in the management of student attendance records and required lunch programs
  • Utilize and update information in Frontline and other computer systems
  • Assist in the maintenance of petty cash and student activity accounts
  • Supply ordering
  • May assist the Health office assistant under the guidance of the Health Services Director
  • Comply with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and current educational regulations
  • Follow Right-to-Know, OSHA, ISD 2142 policies and procedures, and health/safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Site III:
  • Perform receptionist work
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Handle and route written records and responses to and from the school
  • Support the Site I and Site II Secretary with various reporting
  • Comply with Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and current educational regulations
  • Follow Right-to-Know, OSHA, ISD 2142 policies and procedures, and health/safety regulations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
