Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Administrative Professional, you will be an integral contributor to our operational success, providing comprehensive support to leadership and ensuring an environment of efficiency and high-quality service.
Every day, you will facilitate the streamlined operation of the office, managing diverse administrative functions and cultivating effective internal and external communication networks.

  • The Administrative Secretary competently and consistently performs the following skills/tasks to Hospital standard
  • Assumes responsibility for the accurate record keeping and secretarial duties of the Administration office as assigned, utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures
  • Maintains Administration files, cross indexing according to numeric, alphabetic or coding systems as necessary
  • Researches or retrieves materials from files as needed
  • Types routine correspondence from rough draft and corrected copy, proofreads for accuracy and coherence of content
  • Duplicates reports, letters and other documents using copying equipment, mails or distributes copies within organization and to outside agencies
