Responsibilities Share product knowledge while making personal recommendations based on talent and skill level Work one-on-one with guests to ensure a positive and personalized club fitting experience Create a welcoming, professional, and hospitality-driven atmosphere for every customer Operate Trackman launch monitors to gather data throughout the fitting experience Maintain expert knowledge of current equipment, fitting technology, and industry trends Support and mentor fellow fitters to uphold 2nd Swing's fitting standards and best practices Contribute to a team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends.
