SEC REPORTING MANAGER
Salary: $144K-$180K + bonus

Key Responsibilities for the SEC REPORTING MANAGER:
• Lead preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
• Manage and mentor the SEC Reporting team while driving accountability and development
• Research and resolve complex accounting and reporting matters including equity compensation, EPS, and technical disclosures
• Evaluate the impact of new transactions and accounting standards on SEC filings and disclosures
• Review quarterly EPS calculations, equity compensation accounting, and related journal entries
• Oversee disclosure checklists and support XBRL review processes
• Serve as primary point of contact with external auditors on SEC reporting matters
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Tax, FP&A, Investor Relations, and International Finance teams
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities within the SEC reporting function

Qualifications for the SEC REPORTING MANAGER:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA required
• 8+ years of accounting experience including public accounting and/or SEC reporting experience at a public company
• Strong expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience preparing and reviewing SEC filings including 10-Ks and 10-Qs
• Strong technical accounting and analytical skills
• Experience with reporting tools such as Workiva or ActiveDisclosure preferred
• Strong communication, leadership, and process improvement capabilities
