What We’re Looking For

Relevant backgrounds may include: Medical Billing, Medical Coding, CPC, CCS, RHIT, or RHIA.

  • 3+ years of current medical billing and coding experience or 1+ year of medical billing and coding course instructor experience
  • Active CPC, CCS, and/or equivalent coding certification required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Teaching, mentoring, coaching, precepting, or training experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to successfully complete FBI fingerprinting/background screening


Location & Schedule

Corpus Christi, TX

Program: Medical Billing & Coding
Days: Monday–Friday
Typical Class Length: 1.5 hours
Schedule: Approximately 3 hours per instructional day, including preparation and classroom responsibilities
Assignment Length: Year-long assignment

Compensation

  • $85-$95 per instructional session, based on experience and certifications
