Join our HR team at Collin Street Bakery this holiday season! We’re seeking a Seasonal HR Specialist to assist with onboarding and employee support during our busy period. Perfect for bilingual candidates looking to gain hands-on HR experience in a fun, fast-paced, and people-focused environment.


About the Role

Collin Street Bakery is looking for a Seasonal Human Resources Specialist to support our HR team during our busiest time of the year! This position assists with onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration for our seasonal workforce.

This is a part-time, seasonal position that will work full-time hours during the holiday season (October–December). It’s an excellent opportunity to gain valuable HR experience while being part of a company that values tradition, teamwork, and growth.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding, orientations, and employee documentation for seasonal hires

  • Maintain organized and accurate employee records

  • Support employee questions, scheduling updates, and HR-related needs

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and managers across departments

  • Help with timekeeping, attendance tracking, and compliance documentation


Qualifications
  • Previous HR or administrative experience preferred

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
