Join our Team! We've started our search for candidates who want to experience an adventure of a lifetime as a Seasonal Housing Cleaning Attendant at Holiday World & Splashin' Safari. The discoveries you make on our award-winning team as you journey through FUN is what leads our Guests to embark on their own adventure full of memories, season after season.

Seasonal Housing Team Members contribute to the daily operations of the Compass Commons Employee Housing Building. Compass Commons houses our BridgeUSA Team Members, college interns, and seasonal team members who live 51+ miles from our park.


The Seasonal Cleaning Attendant keeps the public, outdoor, and back of house areas of the Employee Housing building clean, neat, and organized. The Cleaning Attendant works to provide a welcoming, comfortable environment by ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of the housing facility and reporting issues or maintenance needs.


How You'll Be Making a Difference

  • Properly and safely use cleaning tools and chemicals to complete tasks
  • Clean and inspect shared common areas (lobby, hallways, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
  • Identify and report any emergent maintenance needs
  • Take initiative and maintain the company's reputation and dedication to safety, service, friendliness, cleanliness, and integrity
  • Adhere to SOPs and other work procedures as required to properly perform tasks
  • Assist Front Desk Staff as needed
  • Other Duties as assigned

Shifts are typically during daytime hours but evening/night hours may be occasionally required due to business need.

Requirements

  • Housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
  • Must be at least 18 years old or older
  • Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in the English language
  • Enthusiastic approach to helping employees
  • Strong ability to work independently
  • High degree of professional integrity
  • Strong attention to detail
