Full Steam Staffing is NOW HIRING 1,000+ Seasonal General Laborers in Del Rey, CA!

Join our team for Pomegranate Season 2026. We are hiring Packers, Graders, and Taggers for multiple shifts. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for seasonal work, overtime, and competitive pay.


Job Details

Location: Del Rey, CA

Position: General Labor – Packers, Graders, and Taggers

Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shift

Employment Type: Seasonal

Overtime: Required as needed

Weekends: Required

Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D


Job Responsibilities
  • Pack and prepare pomegranate products for shipment
  • Inspect and grade products according to quality standards
  • Sort products based on size, quality, and production requirements
  • Tag and label products accurately
  • Count and organize products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
  • Meet production goals while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
  • Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned


Qualifications
  • Previous experience in warehouse, food production, agriculture, packing, manufacturing, or general labor is preferred but not required
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
