  • HR Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a huge plus!

  • Chicago/Illinois Expertise: Solid, practical knowledge of Illinois employment law and Chicago labor ordinances.
