We are seeking an extraordinary, high-energy Human Resources Director to lead our HR department on-site in Chicago. Compliance & Safety: Maintain pristine compliance with federal, state (IL), and local (Chicago) labor laws, IDPH regulations, worker’s compensation protocols, and safety programs.
Industry Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR management experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have shined in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, or hospitality environments.
HR Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR certification is a huge plus!
Chicago/Illinois Expertise: Solid, practical knowledge of Illinois employment law and Chicago labor ordinances.
