Quality Control Lead

Assigned QC Lead job duties are to oversee and assist QC seasonal employees, review production records, maintain production data, perform boiler checks, and sanitation tasks.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and assist QC seasonal employees on the production floor
  • Assist with the organization and completion of daily record review
  • Ensure that GMP's (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules, and regulations are being followed and enforced
  • Update and maintain production data spreadsheets daily
  • Collect and organize hold, segregation, and downgrade samples
  • Complete various QC and Safety Checklists in the appropriate timeframes
  • Perform boiler checks during the non-production season
  • Perform sanitation projects as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Must have good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have some mathematical aptitude
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to work and function in a team environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally
  • Ability to utilize basic Microsoft Word/Excel functions
  • Ability to utilize basic computer and tablet functions
  • Ability to work with all levels of the organization
