Seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician eager to practice in a rewarding rural setting while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Details:

  • Full-time 1.0 FTE outpatient Family Medicine opportunity
  • Locations: 2 rural locations NW of Madison, WI
  • Full-spectrum Family Medicine practice without Obstetrics
  • Opportunity to provide pre and postnatal care for interested physicians
  • Approximately patients per day
  • Position participates in the Orion Initiative - (Recruit-PCP) grant program supports rural physician recruitment by allowing newly hired physicians to dedicate up to 20% of their time to community or population health projects.
  • 35 patient contact hours
  • 8 hours dedicated toward research and/or community projects aligned with population health initiatives
  • Opportunity may be especially appealing to physicians interested in research, innovation, community health initiatives, and practicing in a flexible rural setting
  • On-site lab services available at the Elroy clinic
  • Imaging services available through the hospital located approximately 10 miles away
