Our Associate SEM Analysts support paid media initiatives.

What You'll Do

As an Associate SEM Analyst, you will:

  • Assist in the day-to-day management and optimization of campaigns on digital marketing platforms.

  • Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and bid management to improve campaign performance.

  • Monitor campaign budgets and performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the team to analyze data and generate performance reports, providing actionable insights.

  • Support the implementation and testing of new campaign strategies and tactics.

  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding campaign status and results.

  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to inform campaign strategies and ensure the team is leveraging the latest tools, formats, and best practices.

What it Takes

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Systems or a related field.

  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow within the fast-paced digital marketing landscape.

  • Desire to contribute to a team environment and care about collective success.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Some foundational understanding or coursework in marketing, analytics, or a related field is beneficial.
